- We use private courier service and Australia Post Express. Both guarantee Australia-wide parcel delivery within 1-5 days.
- The Shipping and Handling charge is free across Australia for single orders. Contact us about the shipping and handling charges for large orders.
- All nasal and full-face mask sales are final due to health regulations; there are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened.
- The Apex devices are covered by a 12-month replacement warranty.
- Non-defective, unopened returns will not be accepted unless approved first by Word-Medex Pty Ltd. You must obtain such approval by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item returned without prior authorization or after 14 days will not be credited and will only be returned at your expense.
- All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipment will be delayed until your credit card has been approved or your cheque has been cleared by the bank (2-5 days).
